Richard L. McNellie, Esq.<\/h4>\nPresident<\/em>rlm@ohiotitlecorp.com<\/a>Richard L. McNellie \u201cDick\u201d obtained his BA from Case Western Reserve University in 1970 and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1975. As a law student, Dick was trained as a title examiner and conducted hundreds of title examinations throughout the State of Ohio and as a law clerk reviewed hundreds of Judicial Reports for litigation purposes. Upon graduation, he remained associated with Attorney Gerald K. Carlisle, ultimately becoming the senior partner of Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer and Ulrich Co., LPA. In addition to being a principal of Ohio Title Corp and acting as consultant\/title officer, Dick\u2019s practice included the representation of developers, lenders and seller\/servicers in documenting and closing millions of dollars of commercial mortgage loans and, when necessary, delivering those mortgage loans to an investor, the review and\/or preparation of commercial leases, mortgage foreclosure actions and various other real estate matters and loan servicing issues. <\/pee><\/div>\n
